One account per person — multi-account spam will result in suspension
Usernames must follow our community guidelines (no impersonation, no offensive names)

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant TON a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

You are responsible for all content you post
Do not post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or hateful
Do not post spam, advertisements, or misleading content

4. Community Guidelines

Be respectful — disagree constructively, not destructively
No harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of other users
No hate speech based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability
No doxxing or sharing others' personal information
No NSFW or sexually explicit content

5. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users can report content using the report feature. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action.

6. Disclaimers

TON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TON and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
